Use your 40 characters to give a gimps of your idea and leave them wanting more this way they will click on your link. As the old saying goes, less is more and it’s absolutely true.

You need to make sure that you’re actually delivering on your title. Don’t tease your readers with “clickable bait” after all when once they click on your “false titles” they probably will never come back to your site. They might go as far as unfollowing you.
